My Sweet Little Bean – The Louisiana Sessions {New York-Louisiana Family Photographer}

I usually do my Louisiana sessions in March or April so I can be home for my Mom’s birthday.  Last year we were just moving back to our rebuilt home after the fire so I went to Louisiana in November.  It was actually chilly which was a bonus since I am not a fan of hot and humid weather.

Miss A, who I have photographed every year since she was about 18 months old is growing up so fast!  My new nick name for her is now Little Bean.  She is now calling me Big Bean.  Oh how I love her and her gorgeous mom!  We did this session in the beautiful little town of Winnsboro where my sweet cousin now lives.  Such a charming place with a quaint little downtown.  Great place to shoot!  Check out A’s amazing hot pink Uggs!

I will be planning a Louisiana trip (maybe Houston too!) this spring.  If you are interested, get in touch with the studio so that we can keep you posted on our plans.

Miss Reluctant and Mr. Personality {Long Island Children’s Photographer}

Little Miss A wasn’t too sure if she wanted to have her photograph taken on this day.  On the other hand, baby brother H was ready to go!  A decided she would take a few photos for her grandfather who she adores.  Both of these cuties were a delight!  Enjoy the sneak peek mom.

Favorite Time of the Year Part 2 {Long Island Family Photographer}

Yesterday you met the cousins of these beautiful girls.  The first time I photographed them they were 2 with their little sweet little Cabbage Patch dimpled hands, arms and legs.  Look at them now!  They are taller than me and their wonderful mom and more delightful than ever! I have quite a few twins as clients but M and K are the only identical twins I photograph.  They are mesmerizing!  This was the first year I didn’t call each of them by the wrong name.  The haircut made all the difference in that accomplishment.  They are identical but they are each their own person with their own opinions.  I adore these girls and their family and have loved watching them grow over the years.  They wear wonderful outfits every year but the yellow and grey  (one of my favorite color combos) really hit it out of the ballpark.  Oh… and they chose the outfits and so basically styled the session!  Nice job girlies!

My Favorite Time of Year With the J Family {Long Island Children’s Photography)

During the month of October I get to see three of my favorite families and they are all related!  It all started with the R family in Allentown, PA who I will see this year on the 30th.  I think this will be our 9th or 10th year!  The year after I photographed the R family for the first time, I started to photograph their darling identical twin cousins who I saw the day after I photographed their beautiful cousins the J Family.  Twins run in this family so the J’s have twins as well with little brother H and big brother P.

I know I say this every year but check out the eyelashes!  Why can’t I have eyelashes like that?!

Thanks so much for your patience in getting this sneak peek to you mom and dad!

Sneak Peek ~ Where it all began

Some families you photograph for so many years, you begin to feel like they are a part of your family.  The R family is a perfect example of this.  Mom and Dad celebrated their 10th anniversary this year and wanted to do a photograph in Connecticut on the bench where it all began.

And oh how happy I am that there was that beginning because we now have H, G and Z!  I have photographed each of these little cuties from birth and am always amazed at how fast they grow and how beautiful they are year after year.  These little guys are as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside.  My dog Sophie loves them as well because H and G insist that she come along every year!  If you look at the photos on the blog header you will see Dad with H and G when they were little ones at the beach.  The R’s are also the poster family for the question “what to wear”!  Mom has a terrific knack for putting together the perfect combination of outfits every year.

I can’t wait to design this years holiday card!
