What to Wear | Aggie Hill {Long Island Baby Photographer}

One of the first questions clients have after they book their session is what do we wear? We send out a What to Wear Guide to all of our clients to help them with this decision and of course I am always available to help style their session. Since this is such a big question, I will be doing a series of What to Wear post featuring some of my favorite companies who carry beautiful children’s clothing.

Welcome Baby E ~ Sneek Peak {Long Island Newborn Baby Photographer}

The O family sure creates beautiful babies and E is no exception! E is now a month old which is a little older than the suggested newborn session and so he didn’t sleep a wink until it was time to leave. He didn’t sleep but look at those amazing eyes, wide open! Lifesyle Art {Long Island New York Baby Photographer}

Did you know there are 1000’s of ways to display your final portraits. In this example, three 16 x 16 portraits are framed in a black gallery frame. First Birthday x2 {Long Island New York Baby Photographer}

It has been a year since I first photographed F and R. I can’t believe what big boys they are and how quickly that happened! And the best news is that they will have a new brother this May! After the year I have spent with these guys, I can’t wait to meet their little brother. I know they will take good care of him! Happy Birthday sweetpeas!

Brand Spanking New! {Long Island Newborn Photographer}

PC is the newest family member of dear friends of mine. I am a little late posting these photos because I wanted to wait until the images for the birth announcement had been chosen. PC has twin brothers who are in love with him and are so cute together as you will see in the photos below. Our visit was short but sweet and thankfully they will be coming to Long Isand for their friend B’s christening in April. Can’t wait to see you guys!

Miss E ~ Long Island Baby Photographer

Miss E is a Year One baby and last week we did her 9 month session. Oh what a sweet baby! I get along quite well with my little clients but there are a few that make the session so easy. Miss E is one of those. She has a smile on her face as soon as she comes through the door. If there are few tears, and let’s face it… a few tears are necessary sometimes, Miss E will shake it off and be back to her sweet funny smiley self in moments! What a sweet little soul.

Miss E has two beautiful brothers on this earth and one in heaven and I just found out that there is a new sibling on the way! Miss E will go from being little sister to big sister very soon!

Can’t wait to see you for your 1st birthday session!

Where Have I Been!!! ~ Long Island New York Photographer

I can’t believe it is mid Feburary and this is my first blog post of the year. I had promised to be better! Well, it is certainly not because nothing is going on. Quite the contrary! I have been busy as a bee planning and plotting the new year.

This is my time of year to recharge creatively and I have been enjoying the freedom of time to play. To shoot anything I want and to explore my ever evolving style. It is so important to never stop growing. After amost a decade of photographing the most beautiful people, I am still as excited about the possibilities in each session as I was 10 years ago.

“Year One” Baby Love {NY Baby Photographer}

Alright, you know how much I love babies, but sometimes you meet a baby that you have an extra special time with! Little E was so much fun today. I was sad when our time together was over. I last saw her when she was just a few days old. Now she is a big healthy 4 month old charmer! She is teething and was totally facinated with her hands but she gave it up the entire time we worked today! I can’t wait to see her again in a few months. She will be sitting and I will be able to check out those new teeth she was working on freeing today!

I want to wish a very happy birthday to E’s Mom! Thanks for spending part of your birthday with me.

A New Baby In the P Home! {NY Newborn Photographer}

Baby S is just one week old today! His sister and brother are delighted with their new baby brother. Even N who is losing his baby of the family status seems very happy becoming a big brother! We didn’t quite finish our session when S had enough of this modeling thing. We will be seeing each other again in a few days so stay tuned for more scrumptious babydom! I love newborns!

“Year One” 1st Father’s Day {NY Baby Photographer}

July 7, 2009 – 12:51 pm

S is one of our Year One babies so we will be watching her grow in her first most important year. I am a little late posting this since this was a session we did on Father’s Day. S is now almost 6 months old and is such a “talker” already and so happy! You can have quite a conversation with her! She loves her extended family, friends, Mom and Dad and her toes! What a sweet baby! I love you S.

Our Year One session is the ultimate gift to new parents and is often given by family and friends with our Baby Registry. When all of the clothes and baby “stuff ” are outgrown this documentation of baby’s first year will be treasured forever.
